Business Development Representative Required in Dubai
Archdesk is a next-generation ERP software for construction companies in a SaaS model. Working on some of the most notable construction projects around Europe for some of the biggest construction companies and tens of smaller subcontractors across the UK, the rest of Europe and UAE.
Following the successful opening of our Dubai office and excellent customer acceptance, Archdesk are excited to be expanding our UAE based team.
As the BDR for the Middle East and Africa region you will be hunting for new opportunities and qualifying them to the highest degree.
Please note initial remote interviews will take place w/c 2nd and w/c 9th January and second stage, in person interviews will be held on 15th and 16th January in Dubai.
About The Job:
Adopting a collaborative approach in working with other teams in the organisation
Responsible for exceeding your target and other related KPIs
Identify and qualify new sales leads – using social media and online research.
Follow up on any sales opportunities, communicating relevant information clearly.
Become an expert on the company’s products and be able to pitch them effectively to potential customers.
Represent the company at conferences, virtual meetings, and industry events.
About You:
Experience in a Sales, BDR or Telemarketing role
Experience working in the MEA Region
Demonstrated experience in consistent overachievement of your target.
Demonstrated ability to create target lists and make cold calls.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong communication skills and proficient in at least two languages used in the region
Flexible and willing to travel when necessary
Full UAE driving license
You are an agile thinker and quick learner - you are able to connect the dots, process information quickly, and have a strong desire for growth and self-improvement.
You are an energetic self-starter keen to deliver results.
Familiar with Linkedin, Sales Navigator and Hubspot (nice to have)
