Now Hiring: Wholesale Executive – Perfumes & Cosmetics

We are seeking a driven Wholesale Executive who loves fragrances and has a talent for building and managing B2B relationships. This role focuses on growing wholesale accounts locally and internationally — working with wholesalers, online sellers, retail chains and distributors to represent a leading name in perfumes and cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand wholesale accounts across local and international markets.
• Source and secure new clients while strengthening relationships with existing partners.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts and commercial terms to meet sales targets and preserve margin.
• Manage the end-to-end order process: prepare quotations, proforma invoices and follow up to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate account records and deliver excellent after-sales support.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions and B2B events to generate leads and build partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline (mandatory).
• 2–5 years’ experience in wholesale sales — experience in perfumes or cosmetics is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of local and international wholesale markets and distribution channels.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, French or Russian is a plus.
• Target-driven, customer-focused, self-motivated and willing to travel as required.
