Hiring: Arabic Special Education Teacher

Rashid Centre is looking for a dedicated and qualified Arabic Special Education Teacher to become part of our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in special education, hands-on experience within UAE inclusive or special needs settings, and a heartfelt commitment to supporting children with determination.
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Special Education (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Special Education.
• Valid CDA licence, CDA eligibility, or currently in the process of obtaining CDA.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the UAE within a special needs environment or inclusive education setting.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• A compassionate, patient approach and strong classroom management skills tailored to learners with diverse needs.
What We’re Looking For:
• A teacher who can design and deliver individualized learning plans and adapt Arabic-language instruction for students with varied learning profiles.
• Someone experienced in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (therapists, parents, and support staff) and able to contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Commitment to professional development and using evidence-based strategies to improve student outcomes.
