We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead landscaping and hardscape projects in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will manage on-site crews, ensure works follow design and specification, and deliver projects safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate daily site operations to ensure projects progress according to schedule and contract requirements.
• Supervise, mentor and evaluate landscaping and hardscape crews, promoting safe working practices and productivity.
• Ensure all work strictly follows design drawings, specifications and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers and clients to manage materials, deliveries and site logistics for cost-effective execution.
• Conduct frequent site inspections, identify and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports and site documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience supervising landscaping projects within the UAE.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for reviewing and marking up drawings.
• Strong organizational, leadership and on-site problem-solving abilities.
• Solid knowledge of landscaping methods, equipment and safety regulations.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Based in Ras Al Khaimah or willing to relocate.
