We are looking for master website designer and developer to undertake all responsibilities of our
website, mobile application and desktop platform, We are looking for creative professional with minimum 5-10 years’ experience and should
be multitasking.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for Web Design and Web development
2. Create visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that
inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.
3. Redesign the company logo, website and corporate brand including brochures, leaflets, etc.
4. Develop the overall layout and design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and
corporate reports.
5. Advise management on sales and marketing strategies to reach a particular audience
6. Determine the message the design should portray
7. Create images that identify a product or convey a message
8. Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
9. Select colors, images, text style, and layout
10. Incorporate changes recommended by the management into the final design
11. Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
12. Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
13. Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
14. Testing graphics across various media
15. Schedule projects and define budget constraints
16. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
17. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
18. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
19. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
20. Work with copywriters to produce final design
21. Test graphics across various media
22. Amend designs after feedback
23. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
24. Testing and improving the design of the website.
25. Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
26. Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
27. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for
clients.
28. Working with different content management systems.
29. Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes.
30. Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
31. Designing website pages including colors and fonts.
32. Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
33. Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
34. Develop, manage and optimize website and mobile applications
35. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metric
36. Responsible for the management and optimization website, social media and printed
advertisement
37. Improve SEO strategies
38. Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools,
applications and digital media.
39. Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or
choose solutions.
40. Directing or performing Website updates.
41. Testing and improving the design of the website.
42. Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
43. Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
44. Working with different content management systems.
45. Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic
external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
46. Editing, writing, or designing Website content, and directing team members who produce
content.
47. Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices
through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.
48. Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
49. Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or
referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
50. Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and
is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
51. Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
52. Prepare reports using internal data and Google Analytics to assess the performance

REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Programming
2. Proven website designing experience at least 5-10 years
3. Excellent in front-end and back-end development web programming
4. Excellent understanding of SEO principles
5. Excellent knowledge in database, server and mobile application
6. Good understanding of content management
7. Excellent knowledge in all aspects of designing and programming from inception to
completion
8. A strong portfolio of previous works
9. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
12. Strong Leadership skills and excellent team player skills
13. Strong work ethics and high intellectual curiosity
