IT SUPPORT ENGINEER REQUIRED IN DUBAI

Requirement:
• Attested Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from a recognized university
• Min 3 years of strong working experience.
• Working Knowledge of Active Directory, Server Hardware, Hyper-V, VM Ware, firewall, VPN configurations, general networking (TCP/IP) knowledge and troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows service and performance troubleshooting
• Should have confidence of handling job independently
• Should have good communication skill in English to understand the requirement and explain the solution.
• Please include full work experience detail in your resume including projects handled, team strength, your role in the team
• Candidate should be proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic to learn

Role:
• Installation of our own Software solution
• Provide support service to client via telephone, remote connection or visit
• Installation and configuration of Operating Systems (Windows server 2012, 2016, 2019, Windows 10)
• Network configuration including configuration of Domain, Active directory, group policy management etc
• Backup configuration using VEEM Backup, Windows Backup
• RDP configuration
• Troubleshooting of Computer hardware, server, network, remote connection
• Installation and configuration of USB/Network/Wireless devices such as Printer, scanner

Evaluation Period:
• Candidate will have to work with us as a full-time employee for a minimum period of 1 week for evaluation.
• Once we are satisfied with your performance, we will start with Visa application process.
