Job Title: Wealth Advisor / Telesales Executive — Dubai
We are expanding our client-facing team and seeking a driven Wealth Advisor / Telesales Executive to help grow relationships and convert leads into satisfied clients. This role is ideal for someone with UAE experience who excels at telesales and building long-term client trust.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound and inbound telesales to prospective and existing clients.
• Present financial products and wealth solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year UAE experience — this is mandatory.
• Proven background in telesales or direct sales is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills — additional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, or Chinese are a strong advantage.
• Strong client relationship skills, persuasive selling ability, and a professional demeanor.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
