National Print Dubai is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales / Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound sales inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and consistent communication.
• Support the sales team with coordination, quotation preparation, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in telesales or a related sales coordination role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
