Role Description:

We are seeking a Waitress to join our Banquet Operations team. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the smooth operation of events and dining services. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and committed to maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction

· Greet and escort guests to tables in a professional manner

· Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly

· Assist in mise en place and event preparation

· Follow assigned daily tasks and service procedures

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas

· Clear tables and transport used items to washing areas

· Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

· Support supervisors and team members during operations

· Work flexibly across shifts, weekends, and events

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Formal hospitality training or Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred

· Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or events environment is preferred
