Build a Network of HNI clients in the specified territory and explore fundraising options
Presenting Eques, its philosophy and success stories to attract fundraising.
Preparation of deal documents for investment committee
Building detailed Financial Models, Information Memorandum etc.
Work with Associates and Analysts to prepare marketing materials for clients including components like market and industry landscapes, financial analysis & valuations, target companies' profiles & benchmarking, pricing and market information
Preparation of Information Memorandum outlining Company in great details, Industry, Deal Details, Key Investment Highlights etc.
Analysis and interpretation of financial statements including preparing transaction comparable, modelling, valuations and benchmarking for companies
Extract information from Company accounts, databases and other sources, using accounting knowledge & judgment
Managing portfolio companies and support in portfolio value add initiatives
Monitor performance and preparing monthly / quarterly reports
Conduct valuation exercise
Developing term sheets, mandate letters and assistance in negotiation terms and conditions with the clients of Project Finance and acquisition finance deals
Source and interpret company & industry information from a variety of data sources (company reports, Internet, online databases) with an aim to forming views on the industry, key trends and individual companies.
Summarize and synthesize news updates/research reports on priority clients, weekly industry reports.

Skills Required

Sales and Networking skills
In-depth knowledge of financial statements (Reading & interpreting Financial Statements, Understanding business models, Knowledge of Corporate Landscape etc.)
Strong financial modelling skills
Strong written and verbal skills
Advanced MS Excel & Presentation skills
High level of ownership and commitment
Emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
