TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED IN DUBAI

Job Description:
• Performing activities for the timely completion of projects within budget, with in scope with client satisfaction
• Conduct Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering to deliver complete solution as per Client’s requirement.
• Handling the projects of Websites and mobile Apps.
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Manage project and its delivery.
• Design, write and review Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Wire-frames.
• Assist the Sales team during the pre-sales activities i.e. requirements elicitation.
• Effectively explain requirements to the project team.
• Preparing & presenting project plans to the customers.
• Manage all aspects of post-sales implementation of a project, while guarding the project’s scope.
• Manage and maintain healthy relationship with the Customers and the internal teams; and act as a front-face of the company to the customers.
• Manage communications between the internal and external teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Conduct meetings with the internal teams and customers for progress and reporting.
• Undertake and supervise User Acceptance Testing and End Users Trainings.
• Perform activities to achieve sign-off from the customer upon project’s closure.
• Prepare and review User Manuals & Supporting Documents for Customers.
• Responsible for recovery of payments from the customers.
• Provide first line of post-live support to the customers. Reporting to your reporting authority on the weekly or monthly basis or as when needed regarding the progress of the work assigned.
