deally, you should have 2 to 3 years of experience in Network administration,
Desktop Support, Configuration and installations of network equipment e.g. Routers,
Access Points, firewalls, IT products including Hardware + Software

Skills Required:

We required an IT Engineer who have hands-on experience and knows how to handle
Technical problems on a daily basis, and often need to work long hours to help the
team to overcome technical problems or complete an IT overhaul to the deadline.
Candidate must have sound knowledge of various Backup applications. E.g. Tape
backup, NAS/SAN Storages. Upgrading and installation of servers and clients to the
network as well as operating systems if necessary. Technical experience is one thing,
you will be responsible to provide 24 hour/7 day on-call support for I.T. matters to the
customers. Apple Products support will be preferred.
Candidate must have experience of managing LAN/WAN, should be good in
Troubleshooting Windows 2003/2008/2012 Servers, advanced knowledge of DNS
records, DHCP Server, email system such as Microsoft exchange as well as needing to
be familiar with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
Set up and organize workstations, as well. Reporting to the supervisor or concerned,
communicate with staff and the customers to understand their needs and provide
prompt assistance and support, also maintain technical and user documentation,
systems reports.
Minimum 3 to 4 years experience within the Network Administration and Network
support.
Hands-on experience of LAN/WAN and IT-related applications.
Must possess good negotiation & excellent English communication skills.
Good knowledge of Operating Systems troubleshooting, data backups, and emails
applications
Good team player.
UAE Driving License is plus
