Information Technology Administrator Required in Dubai

Spinneys, the UAE's leading premium food retailer, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented IT Administrator to help manage and protect our cloud platforms, collaboration systems, and network infrastructure. This role plays a key part in maintaining reliable, well-governed IT operations across the business, working closely with a collaborative and supportive IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud & Identity Administration

Administer cloud platform environment, including users, roles, and access controls.
Apply and monitor access and authentication best practices.
Manage identity protection and access governance.
Monitor system alerts and support incident response.
Collaboration & Productivity Systems

Administer core productivity and collaboration platforms.
Manage email hygiene, spam/phishing controls, and information protection.
Help enforce IT policies and compliance requirements.
Support user provisioning, licensing, and access management.
Network Management

Manage and monitor network infrastructure across sites.
Configure and maintain firewall rules, VPNs, and network segmentation.
Monitor network performance and logs, and support issue resolution.
Coordinate troubleshooting with IT team members and vendor partners.
IT Operations & Compliance

Support vulnerability management and remediation activities.
Assist with audits, risk assessments, and compliance requirements.
Maintain documentation, procedures, and periodic access reviews.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors on operational tasks.

Experience and Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3–5 years in IT administration, cloud administration, or network administration.
Working knowledge of enterprise network management and security fundamentals.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a detail-oriented, team-first mindset.
Nice to Have:

Hands-on experience administering enterprise cloud and collaboration platforms.
Relevant industry certifications
