Technical Project Coordinator - Dubai

WE’RE HIRING — TECHNICAL PROJECT COORDINATOR (INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS)
Agnice Contracting LLC is expanding its industrial portfolio across the UAE and is seeking an experienced Technical Project Coordinator to support delivery of high-impact projects. This full-time role is ideal for a technically strong coordinator who can manage documentation, support site execution and ensure projects meet technical and HSE standards.
What you’ll do:
• Coordinate technical documentation, drawings and submittals to ensure design intent is correctly translated to site.
• Liaise with engineering, design, procurement and site teams to keep information flow smooth and timely.
• Monitor project milestones and technical compliance, raising and following up on issues to avoid delays.
• Support site execution by reviewing technical details and ensuring adherence to HSE and quality requirements.
• Maintain trackers and reports for engineering deliverables, RFIs, revisions and approvals.
• Provide technical support during construction phases and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical queries.
What we’re looking for:
• 10–15 years’ experience in industrial construction coordination or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and structural detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and Primavera (or similar scheduling tools).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple technical streams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work across teams to drive delivery.
