We are looking for professional Airport Coordinators who can deliver impeccable guest experiences and manage seamless VIP airport transfers with attention to detail and discretion.
Qualifications Required:
• Higher Secondary Education with attested certificate.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality, aviation, or luxury service environments.
• Proven ability to handle premium or VIP clients with tact and professionalism.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality and customer service standards; excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities (typical):
• Greet and assist VIP guests on arrival/departure, ensuring smooth and professional transfers.
• Coordinate closely with drivers, dispatch, and ground handlers to manage timings and special requests.
• Manage guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the company’s luxury service values and confidentiality expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of transfers, special instructions and any incident reports.
