Shipping Coordinator - Dubai

WE’RE HIRING — SHIPPING COORDINATOR
Green Apple Shipping LLC is expanding its operations in Dubai and is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join the logistics team. This full-time role requires hands-on coordination of air, sea, and road shipments and close collaboration with carriers, freight forwarders and customs to ensure smooth, compliant deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate air, ocean and road shipments (FCL / LCL) end-to-end and ensure timely movement of goods.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates.
• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders and customs authorities to resolve issues and clear consignments.
• Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination, providing status updates and exception reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international shipping regulations and company procedures.
• Assist with operational follow-ups including release, delivery instructions and coordination with warehouses or consignees.
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years’ experience in shipping, logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance processes and import/export documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work with internal teams and external partners effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with logistics or TMS software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business or related field is preferred.
