Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Manage crisis response, business continuity, and travel risk programs.
- Oversee global mobility and international expansion.
- Drive recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent operations.
- Build enterprise partnerships and close strategic client deals.
- Partner with leadership on organizational strategy and culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years in HR, operations, crisis management, or enterprise business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Systems thinking and process design capability.
- Emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and composure under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM, PHR, or equivalent HR certification.
- Crisis management certifications (MBCP, CBCP).
- Enterprise sales experience with $1M+ deal sizes.
- Experience scaling HR or operations at a high-growth startup.
- Global mobility, immigration, or international HR expertise.
