We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to manage and drive end-to-end recruitment for infrastructure and transportation engineering projects. The role will focus on hiring technical talent across roads, highways, bridges, and urban infrastructure projects, while partnering closely with business leaders to ensure timely and high-quality hiring delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for infrastructure and transportation engineering roles
Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with project and business needs
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand technical requirements and workforce plans
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche engineering roles
Manage and mentor recruiters to ensure hiring targets are met
Conduct market mapping and provide insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks
Ensure a seamless recruitment process and positive candidate experience
Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous process improvements

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
8–12+ years of talent acquisition experience
Minimum 3+ years in a lead or team management role
Proven experience hiring for infrastructure, transportation, or EPC projects
Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of:
Roads & highways engineering
Traffic and transportation planning
Bridges and structural engineering
Large-scale infrastructure projects
Skills & Competencies
