Basic Duties Include:

Conducting Consultations
Following Spa on-site training & standards
Following LQA standards
Providing exceptional treatments for guests of the spa
Assisting in all Spa duties including cleaning, set-ups, escorting guests etc.
Following all schedules given by The Spa Resource Co or the on-site Manager depending on assignment
Following any rules or policies of the Company and its Clients
Being a positive presence willing to help and working to support our clients objectives and achieving their targets

Benefits & Package:

Guaranteed Monthly Salary (will be shared to shortlisted applicants before interviewing)
Assignment bonus or Commissions, plus Tips / Gratuities
Accommodation is not provided, however some Clients will prefer our therapists stay in their accommodation during their Assignment
48 working hours per week with 1 or 2 scheduled days of rest
VISA, Emirates ID & Medical Insurance provided
Annual leave in line with UAE employment law
Cost of one-way airfare given yearly
All other benefits in line with UAE employment law

Applicants Must:

Already be inside the UAE
Available to join quickly
Already have, or be willing to get, their own housing (housing allowance is included in the stated salary)
Be physically fit and able to walk / stand for long periods of time
Be willing to move and travel as required around the UAE

Experience:

Spa Therapist in a 5 star Hotel Spa: 2 years (Required)

Language:

Fluent English (Required) - Reading & Writing

License/Certification:

Spa Therapist Qualification / Training Certificates (Required)
