Shop Manager Required in Dubai

We are recruiting a shop manager for one of our subsidiaries which trading in the most well-known mobile phone accessories.

Purpose:

Put the maximum effort to achieve and exceed the assigned sales targets for both self and consolidated shop targets, working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right one for them, be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
Follow and achieve store’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Maintain in-stock in presentable condition in the assigned areas
Actively seek out customers in store
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Cross sell products
Handle returns of merchandise
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Build his own contact data list to generate sales leads.
Suggest ways to improve sales.
Make daily Sales Calls as appropriate to support achieving the sales targets.
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
Fully adhere and understand the applicable performance review policy/process.
Understands that this JD is a first-experience for the company so there might be several amendments / changes, which will ensure best interest for both company and staff.
Fully aware that the assigned monthly targets are flexible and might be adjusted at any time without prior notice as per market or business requirements.
Fully responsible on the confidentiality of the assigned individual targets, to avoid in-team conflicts which might affect the company interests.
Fully responsible about the available stock from any damage or loss within his role or capacity.
Fully responsible to seek the right and correct information and avoid the verbal instructions or the personal opinion, and never depend on wrong information, or any details which is out of the official company scope.
