Senior RM Accountant Required in Dubai

Maintain P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations
Booking of Incomes, Expenses in relevant BU / Cost Centers
Perform analysis and reporting for critical decision-making purposes.
Respond to Auditor inquiries and prepare financial statements required for auditing
Reconciliation of derivative trades with brokers and recording them in Matrix
Assist in streamlining of BHF processes
Assisting with OTC and Loan operations and settlements
Provide cover in the production of EOD trade, settlements, holdings and cash utilization reporting
Software implementation
E2E Fund accounting for efficient P&L management
Excellent communication and proactiveness with various internal & external accounts
Fully versed with Taxation and IFRS regulations

Required qualifications:

A university degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related discipline
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Advanced knowledge of Derivatives
3 to 5 years of experience in Hedge Fund, Banks or Financial Institution
Experience in paper commodity or derivative trading
Experience in operating Oracle, Open link or similar
· Accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or similar)

Nice to haves:

· Strong financial skills and commercial judgement, combined with the ability to communicate effectively

CFA, CPA or equivalent
