Our client is an External Asset Management service provider, Is a leading Financial service provider in the digital treasury and payment service. Providing consolidated tier 1 banking services to SMEs across the UAE, Asian, African, and Eastern European Markets.

We are looking for a professional with experience working as a Head of Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory.

Requirement
Over 15 years of experience in institutional banking, corporate advisory, and business development in the Middle East and Africa.
Experience in arranging deals in Europe is preferable.
Worked in a senior position in the wholesale banking group of a large bank.
Managed financial institutions' coverage in the middle east
Led and managed the origination, execution, and placement of primary syndications in private equity and debt, capital markets, and corporate finance mandates
Exposure to cover conventional debt/Islamic finance advisory, M&A, JVs, divestments, and private equity
Focus across multiple sectors, products and jurisdictions
