HR Job Description:

The HR Senior Manager will be a key member of the management team where you will create, lead and develop strong people and culture practices to ensure a positive employee experience. You will create a Talent Acquisition strategy which aligns with the core values and mission of OMP Groups.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition - Manage the entire talent acquisition process, from collaborating with the line managers to create required job descriptions, managing official hiring platforms, conducting interviews, hiring and onboarding.

HRM System - Ability to manage the company HRM System at all times (Knowledge of interfaces like Zoho, SAP, Oracle etc. is essential)

Knowledge of UAE Labor Law, Employee Welfare Practices

Ability to draft all necessary policies and adhering Legal Documents

Co-anchor the creation of training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities

Employee issues and conflicts resolution - sound understanding of grievance and escalation policies

Ensure the organizations compliance

Drafting, updating and maintaining The Company Handbook (both for Corporates and Employees)

Maintain company organization charts and employee directory

Partner with the Corporate to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives

Conduct performance and salary reviews

Design and implement employee retention strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Relevant Certification

5+ years' experience in Human Resources

Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees

Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

Attention to detail and good judgement
