JCTop is looking for an experienced and strategic HR Director to join our group Leadership team. As a partner and consultant to our most critical business units, you will provide your expertise covering a wide range of HR areas to drive company strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with all group departments on aligning strategic plans of the organization
Serving as a key advisor to department heads on large-scale change (internal and external) efforts that will yield sustainable business results
Planning and promoting HR strategies to address talent gaps and needs
Leading the HR department to develop policies, programs, and tools for improving employees’ skillsets and abilities
Supporting the development and implementation of HR plans, programs, and tools with department heads
Carrying out project planning and management for projects from local, regional to global coverage
Serving as a Coach and Mentor within the organization and providing career coaching and direction to team members
Motivating and coaching the team to achieve higher performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in human resources or management
7+ years of relevant experience in multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, building a high-performance culture, employee relations, employee engagement, diversity
Strong professionalism and exceptional stakeholder management skills to partner with the group Leadership team
Work experience in a tech company is ideal; experience in a startup is preferred
Strong and logical communication ability and a strategic, problem-solving mindset
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work, and manage time efficiently
Strong adaptability to work in a fast-moving environment of a rapidly growing company
Excellent written and spoken ability in Arabic is a bonus point
