Bin Yaber Driving Institute is seeking a proactive and dependable HR & Admin Assistant to join their Dubai team. This role is essential for supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth office administration in a dynamic training environment.
Responsibilities:
• Support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation maintenance
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and internal events
• Manage office supplies to ensure seamless daily operations
• Assist with HR data management and facilitate coordination across departments
Requirements:
• 3–8 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably with UAE experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
