Now Hiring: HR & Admin Executive – Food & Beverage Industry
We are seeking a proactive and organised HR & Admin Executive to join our team within the food & beverage sector. The ideal candidate will balance hands-on administrative duties with core HR responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle administrative processes including visa processing, coordination of international flight and hotel bookings, and arranging medical insurance for staff.
• Support HR operations by managing employee documentation, assisting with onboarding and induction, and maintaining accurate personnel files.
• Office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, office supplies management, and general facilities support.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of HR and admin requests.
• Assist with compliance activities by helping ensure HR processes align with UAE labour law and company policies.
Requirements:
• Proven HR & Administration experience within the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of UAE labour laws and practical HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks; immediate joiners preferred.
