We are looking for a senior graphic designer who will be responsible for the concept development and implementation of various projects. The candidate will be responsible for all things visual in the areas of branding, identity, and printed communications; that’s corporate identities, branding, brand guidelines, flyers, leaflets, brochures, reports, stationery, keynote presentations, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, and all other printed communications. Experience in digital communications (websites, e-newsletters, social media) and event graphics (large and small scale) will also be highly favorable.

The graphic designer is also expected to have an imaginative flair, a solid understanding of design principles, awareness of current trends in the visual arts, and working knowledge of the latest computer packages and print production processes and techniques. In addition to other day-to-day preparations and editing of predesigned key visual materials, Candidates must have a genuine desire to do brilliant work and ensure any creative brief is fully explored and delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Interprets design briefs and contributes ideas to overall briefs, as well as translating them into creative material.
Development and implementation for social media campaigns based on the design brief.
Selects the best medium to present or produce the design concept using color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques.
Support in capturing content for social media and the web.
Edit photographs and videos.
Develop and create illustrations, layout designs, logos, and brand elements, as well as brand guidelines for specific events.
Creates production-ready files of approved creative concepts.
Create animated videos for social media, event screens, and OOH advertising.
Prepare and format product visuals and layouts for advertising campaigns.
Responsible for applying and coordinating the design and brand look and feel across multiple platforms where required.

Desired Skills and Experience

Recognized Bachelor Design Degree
Master working knowledge of the full Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and all Microsoft Office software.
Apple Keynote, PowerPoint, and any 3D experience are also beneficial.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong ideas with a portfolio to match
Self-motivated and a team player
Experience within the Middle East is preferred, but not essential.
8+ years of relevant industry experience
Arabic speaker preferred
