Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

An international company specialized in retail fragrance looking for a graphic designer who can work in tandem with the marketing & content team, the graphic designer based in Dubai is tasked with the key role of translating the brands ideas into captivating and powerful imagery that convert potential customers into brand loyalists.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the creative designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The designer will have a thorough understanding of visual merchandising and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

Job Responsibilities

Ideate on, execute and deliver powerful, engaging visual ideas and concepts, in line with the creative brief and brand guidelines.

Design for campaigns across online and offline platforms, media, and channels.

Develop original branded assets for campaigns and new product launches including print and digital: Google Ads, POSM, Social Media Ads.

Creating and delivering motion graphics for social media (FB, Insta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube), instore, and other omni-channel mediums.

Editing photos & video footage to create videos with music for web and other mediums.

Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines and schedule project implementation based on workload.

Designing proposals and artwork for marketing and instore communication.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Design agency/advertising background—a portfolio that includes beauty/ fragrance/ personal care brands will be a plus or experience in retail and/or FMCG.

Mastery over design tools and software including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.

Exposure to international markets & brands will be a plus.

Keen eye for detail.

Flexible and adaptive to business demands .
