Senior Business Development Executive Required in Dubai

We are looking for Senior Business Development Executive to work with us in Dubai, UAE.

Ideal candidate must have experience in selling Recruitment Services in UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Only candidates from Staffing and Recruitment Services Sales will be considered.

Responsibilities

Responsible for selling recruitment services to prospective clients in UAE, KSA, and other Gulf Regions
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Responsible for preparing proposals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in Business Development
Should have experience working in a recruitment or staffing agence
Strong experience in selling both permanent and contract recruitment services.
Strong experience in selling IT recruitment services in UAE and KSA
Experience in full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
Should have strong client account management experience
Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills is a must.
