This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant situated in Dubai, with a primary focus on the unique dynamics of the UAE hospitality industry. The Senior Accountant will assume responsibility for a spectrum of accounting functions, including day-to-day financial tasks, preparation of comprehensive financial statements, management of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring strict adherence to financial regulations, and furnishing invaluable financial insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing business operations within the hospitality domain.

Qualifications:
Minimum of four years of experience as a General Accountant or in higher position within the UAE hospitality industry Hotel or Holiday Homes
. In-depth proficiency in accounting principles, practices, and procedures, tailored to the nuances of the UAE hospitality industry.
Demonstrated experience in financial statement preparation and financial analysis, with a keen understanding of hospitality-specific metrics and benchmarks.
Advanced skills in utilizing accounting software and MS Office suites, ensuring efficient and accurate financial management.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy across all financial records and transactions.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, adept at meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities effectively.
Proven capacity to work independently, coupled with a track record of delivering results within the fast-paced environment of the hospitality sector.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, complemented by relevant professional certifications such as CPA, is highly desirable.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is considered a significant advantage, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities inherent in managing financial operations within hotels and holiday homes in the UAE.
