Join our team as a Revenue Accountant, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and payment processes. Responsibilities:

Review, Post & Analyze incoming revenue
Develop and implement improved revenue cycle processes and procedures from intake to collections.
Review billing practices to guarantee accurate revenue recognition and invoicing.
Prepare for financial audits by ensuring procedural compliance in revenue reporting and collection.
Prepare Agents & Admin Payroll
Reconciliation of Cash customer account
Bank Reconciliation
Generate pay slips for admins
Provide monthly aging report by the 3rd of every month – Developers.
Reconcile staff related accounts (AS, SR, PC, PB) on a monthly basis and provide a report by the 5th of every month
Daily follow-up for Big 3 developers’ portals (DP, Meraas & Emaar) / Coordinate with Agent for deal Initiation and calculation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or statistics.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
Experience in processing payments, verifying invoices, and performing account reconciliations.
Sound knowledge of best practices in accounting.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
