The Company:
A fantastic opportunity to work for Elite Sports Academy, one of the largest Sports Services companies in the UAE. A sports coaching company that are passionate about providing the highest quality services including; Sports Coaching and Development, Complete ECA programs for Schools, Sports Holiday Camps and Facility Management.

The Candidate:
We are looking for a Full-time Senior Accountant for our Head office in Dubai, with key responsibilities including but not limited to:

Tracking monthly school cost for all venues.
Preparing monthly revenue ledger & submit to venues (having shared revenue agreements)
Reconciling monthly School cost against SOA received from schools – highlight descrepancy – if any.
Record monthly school cost, external league revenue & cost, referee cost in QB.
Coordinate & process the wage sheet of new employees / part time coach & referee.
Check & update employee deductions
Leave taken by employee (prior to 6 months) from DOJ – to be deducted.
Preparing Monthly Staff Salary.
Coordinate with PRO for SOA
Setting up supplier’s payments online (ENBD online banking portal)
Supplier payment
School – facility hire payment.
Employees (Advances / Reimbursements etc)
PRO (advance /settlement)
Utility payments
Staff salary
Prepare & submit quarterly VAT Return
Preparing monthly Profit & Loss Account
Preparing monthly Balance Sheet
Preparing monthly Cash Flow Statement.

Job Qualifications
Completed Bachelors Degree of Commerce, M.Com, Inter CA or equivalent
3-5 years proven experience as a Sr. Accountant in UAE
