Senior Accountant Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the day-to-day Accounting operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)

• Prepare monthly and quarterly group reporting for different countries

• Follow the cash flow position for all entities of the country.

• Establishing the quarterly closing figures

• Prepare and make sure that the monthly budget & accounting closure are perform on time.

• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies or financial reporting standards.

• Ensure the quarterly reporting data on the consolidation package for all entities

• Assisting with documents required by Bank

• Audits accounts to ensure compliance with local tax rules; follow & coordinates with accounting local team and external auditors to provides needed information for the annual external audit

• Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term objectives and policies

• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Qualifications

5+ years' of professional accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
