Junior Accountant Required in Dubai

The candidate shall have experience in preparing financial accounts up to finalization.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

· Set up the accounting books and doing all the journal entries and bank reconciliation

· Maintain day to day ledger accounts, issuing of invoices, receipts and other documentation with a view to maintaining accurate accounting

· Issue the monthly and annual trial balances

· Issue the financial statements (Statement of Financial Position, Profit and Loss Statement, Statement of Retained Earnings and Statement of Cash Flow) and notes to financial statements and management reports

· Keep all the supporting documents related to accounting transactions and administration

· Keep appropriate filing system

· Prepare and filing of VAT returns

· Prepare financial forecasts and projections for the company

· Prepare financial and operational analysis reports on company performance

Education, Qualifications and Skills.

· Accounting and bachelor’s degree

· Master’s Degree will be a plus

· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA)

· Knowledgeable in MS Office, QuickBooks, Tally and other similar software

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in the field

· Proven ability to work as a team member

· Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

· Organizational skills

· Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills

· Autonomous, self-disciplined and self-driven individual
