Senior Accountant – Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Trading Company
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle accounting including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor inventory and stock movement of fire alarm and fire fighting materials.
• Manage supplier payments, customer invoicing, and collections.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and management for financial matters.
• Prepare and file VAT returns as per UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements.
• Analyze financial data to assist in decision-making and cost control.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions and import/export records.
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a trading company (Fire Alarm / Fire Fighting industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / QuickBooks / Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT laws, LC documentation, and import/export accounting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
