Responsibilities
Greet Customers warmly upon arrival and thank them as they depart.
Operate the cash register or point of sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
Handle Various forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
Answer customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to a manager when needed.
Adhere to all store security and cash handling procedure.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a cashier, sales associate, or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Basic PC Knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (Eg: Cash register, POS systems, scanners)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliability and Punctuality are essential.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
