Hiring — Secretary (Female)
Maven Building Contracting LLC is urgently seeking a professional Female Secretary to support our Dubai Silicon Oasis office. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, communicative, and experienced with UAE office practices. This role involves general administrative duties and direct support to management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general correspondence.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and appointments, including calendar management.
• Prepare and format reports, memos, and other documentation for management.
• Maintain filing systems and accurate company records.
• Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks and follow-ups.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate requests and information.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant in the UAE.
• Strong communication skills and excellent organizational ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to join immediately.
• Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
