Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for luxury properties
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to high-net-worth clientele
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing coaching and support to team members
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key industry players
Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring exceptional service at every stage
Collaborate with the marketing department to create targeted campaigns that resonate with luxury buyers
Stay informed on luxury market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
