Dubai-based automotive manufacturing company needs Sales Coordinator with tendering exposure who can join immediately. If you’re currently on notice period or available to join in 15 days, apply now. You’ll handle RFQs, quotations, tender submissions, and client coordination for auto components.

*Key Responsibilities*

Process RFQs/tenders from OEMs, Tier-1 clients, govt portals daily
Prepare technical + commercial quotes, costing, BOQ as per specs
Coordinate with Design & Production for lead time, pricing, drawings
Submit bids on time. Follow up for clarifications & award status
Maintain tender tracker, CRM updates, documentation
Support sales team for customer orders, delivery, documentation
Handle IATF 16949 / ISO related docs for automotive clients

*Must-Have Requirements for Immediate Joining*

*2-4 years* Sales Coordinator/Executive experience
*Hands-on tendering/RFQ* experience in automotive/auto components
*Notice period:* Immediate / Serving notice / Max 15 days
*UAE visa* preferred but not mandatory
Good Excel + MS Office. Knowledge of ERP/CRM is plus

Work Location: Dubai, UAE.
