Sales Executive Required in Dubai
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. The incumbent will develop profitable business with airlines, financial institutes and travel trade partners and managing key client accounts in these segments, globally and offshore markets, to achieve established targets; as well as to render sales support to global/outstations’ sales teams in all aspects
Job Responsibilities
Delivery of targeted revenues into PPG outlets in UAE both from existing and new accounts.
Responsible for the short and long-term direction of the global and local Government and travel trade on a country level
Maintain communication with Global Sales colleagues
Maintain and strengthen relationships with accounts both internationally and locally
Support PPG outlets to monitor production and execute strategies to drive revenues. Set and agree account targets on an annual and quarterly basis with Regional Director of SM
Identify key business accounts in the region to be maintained, developed and drive production growth into PPG outlets. Ensure that the strategic, contracting and account management processes are in place for Key accounts.
Develop clear understanding of clients needs from account portfolio in order to leverage share and increase revenues
Manage corporate relationships to identify, target and convert new accounts
Work with Global Sales Representatives to shift share from competitors by building compelling business cases and ensuring that these accounts are aware of the PPG offerings
Working alongside commercial teams to track Account Production and ensuring PPG rates are loaded and fully visible over all channels
Monitor sales activity and performance to revenue targets for PPG.
Prepare action plans to support and execute segment strategy plans and annual account planning
Support PPG to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting of corporate accounts
Conduct regular business reviews with accounts and PPG Commercial teams
Attendance at Key Trade Shows to identify new accounts for PPG
Work across a wide variety of cultures and markets, tailoring approach and behaviors to understand key differentiators and leverage best practices accordingly
Thorough understanding of industry trends and updates for PPG, provide feedback and constant communications of market / client nee
Qualifications
University graduate in Business Administration, Legal Studies or related disciplines, with 2-3 year(s) relevant experience
Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
Strong understanding of travel industry is a definite advantage
Having strong communication skills and being an analytic decision maker
Capable of working under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management
Attentive to details, efficient, well-planned with good business sense
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent phone and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
Good command of spoken and written skills in English
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
