After satisfying our Commercial team with new great potentials & welcoming them to their new CAME Family, and after talking with and meeting some really good potentials, we have decided to post this important opening setting a fairly higher bar for those special persons with positive attitudes and great commercial energies to join our amazing team of "hands on" "sleeves rolled up” Area Managers that may be able to fill the new openings.
Due to our constant growth, we are looking to employ driven and experienced Area Sales Managers to increase sales within the different APAC & AFRICA assigned geographical areas and specific product lines and help us take the increasing geographical areas under our jurisdiction to the next level of our business plan.
So, if you are able to communicate in Southeast Asian languages and/or have previous experience in the domain of automation, access control, & security within the APAC & AFRICAN Regions, CAME GULF will be more than interested to hear about your new ideas.

The (Area)/(Projects)/(Product) Sales Managers will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales of our company's products. Reaching the targets and goals set for the assigned geographical areas. Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base. Servicing the needs of existing customers, representing the company during on site meetings with customers and subsidiaries both domestically and overseas and other related duties as assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assist in developing an overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals. This includes performing territory and sales analyses, assessing the results, preparing concise sales reports.
· Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned area to present company offerings and build brand awareness through both individual meetings and larger sales presentations. Should be able to develop and modify customer frequency plans. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base and servicing the needs of existing customers. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
· Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. Collecting customer feedback and market research and providing updates to senior management.
· Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products / Developing sales strategies / Reaching the targets and goals set for the area
· Keeping up to date with products
· Responsible for the allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with the Line Manager.
· Managing assigned key accounts / Involved with techno-commercial marketing.
Qualifications / Skills:

· Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a successful proven track record of meeting sales quotas/ Having sector-specific sales experience/ Excellent presentation skills/ Strong numerical and analytical abilities/ Good business sense / Excellent communication and ‘people skills’/ Good planning and organisational skills / strong communication skills, organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
· Must be able to work independently and with little supervision/ Managing processes / Reporting research results / Management proficiency / Attention to detail / The ability to work calmly under pressure / Good IT, budget and report writing skills
· Likeable, confident, and hard-working, able to exceed goals
· Proficiency in common sales and data management software /Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel and PowerPoint
· Ability to perform significant travel
Education, Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Engineering or related technical field
· Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in the same field
· Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
· Understanding of data privacy standards; integrity; honesty; customer-service skills; solid communication skills, both written and verbal: English language as a must (Italian language is optional); familiarity with business principles and practices; (able to communicate in Southeast Asian languages)
· Superior attention to detail; organisational skills; planning skills; problem-solving skills; analytical skills; critical thinking skills; exceptional customer service skills. effective communication skills; outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
