Nurition is a practitioner-led health platform connecting clinics, doctors, and health professionals with evidence-based supplements and personalized nutrition solutions. We are expanding our operations and looking for a proactive Tele Sales / Admin professional to support lead communication, customer follow-ups, and data management.

Responsibilities
Call and verify incoming leads and clinic contacts
Follow up with customers to confirm product delivery and assist with any questions
Support customers via phone and WhatsApp to ensure a smooth and professional experience
Confirm appointments and coordinate communications with clinics and partners
Work with customer and lead data in Excel and CRM systems
Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases
Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
Support the sales team with lead management and follow-ups

Requirements
Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written)
Experience in telesales, customer service, or admin role
Strong Excel skills and ability to work with data
Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Ability to work on Sundays
Experience in healthcare, supplements, or wellness is a plus
