Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company's services to potential clients. The role is located in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Familiarity with the construction industry and project management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales automation software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience with Fit-Out projects is a plus
Proficiency in Arabic and/or other languages spoken in the region is a plus
