ROLE PURPOSE:

To support the development team of GEDU business, its people, processes, technologies, and data to ensure revenue targets are reached, service quality is maintained, and continually improved and operational efficiency maximised. To support the Development team in the back-end work.

ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identifying and creating partnership with new potential student recruitment agencies and other educational or training providers.
Supporting the recruitment partners and management team members to maximise the enrolment.
Giving campus tours to recruitment partners, Parents and students. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
Meeting with potential partners to present company offerings.
Analysing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
Simplify the application process for recruitment partners.
Regular product training to partners for GEDU product and CRM.
Other responsibilities assigned by reporting manager

Essential Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience working as a Business Development Officer or similar role.
Should be Presentable with effective communication skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
Proactive, Self-managed and disciplined,
