Sales Account Manager Required in Dubai

Sales Account Manager with 5 to 10 years’ experience in IT Solutions. Will be responsible to achieve the set quota by selling solutions (IT infrastructure, Software, Networking, Information Security, Unified communications & Collaboration, ELV and Services) into SMB accounts.

Job Location & Number of Openings:

Dubai (2 openings)

Key Responsibilities:

· Establish, maintain and manage overall customer relationship.

· Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve the assigned Topline & Bottomline quota.

· Understand customer requirements, business strategies, value drivers and business operations.

· Identify and qualify opportunities and close deals as per forecast.

· Manage multiple deals simultaneously and rightly prioritize business opportunities.

· Maintain strong technical awareness of assigned products, professional and managed services and general knowledge of other service offerings within Black Box.

· Act as solution expert to clients for Black Box line of business.

· Develop and maintain up-to-date sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets and goals.

· RFP documents review (technical, legal, financial), RFP response preparation and submission.

· Secure payments and collections from customers on time as per the contract/PO terms.

Work experience required:

5-10 years of experience in selling IT Infrastructure/Datacenter/Virtualization/Information Security/Telecom solutions to Small to Medium Business (SMB) in the UAE market

Skills and core competencies required:

· IT sales experience in UAE market is a must.

· Good presentation and communication skills - verbal and written – English.

· Self-driven and target oriented.

· Strong consultative selling skills consistent with BlackBox’s Solution Selling methodology

· Should be able to reach and drive business discussions at CxO level.

· Should be able to act as a trusted advisor to the customers.

· Ability to negotiate / influence

· Ability to quickly learn and apply in the field

· Motivated to hunt for new opportunities and expand client relationships

· Thorough understanding of all the aspects of IT infrastructure – Servers, Storage, Networking, Backup and recovery, Business continuity solutions.

· Ability to understand customer pain points and requirement and to articulate the business value of Company’s products/solution/services.

· Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.

Education/Qualifications Required:

· Bachelor’s or higher is required, preferably in Information Technology or Business

· Relevant partner certifications highly desired

UAE Driving License required
