Restaurant Supervisor Required in Dubai

To support the ROADS food truck business in overseeing and managing all aspects of the restaurant to ensure smooth operation. This position is responsible for delivering a high-quality experience to customers and motivating staffs to make sure excellent customer service; maintain standards and increase profitability. Ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, customers, and company assets, manage shifts while upholding standards in quality and service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide overall food and beverage services to customers; welcome customers, attend to customer orders, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Lead the team in providing fast and friendly, personalized service and develop rapport to the customers.
Ensure staffs are knowledgeable about the current products and services offered to the customers.
Continue to learn and educate staff on restaurant products and services.
Oversee daily food service operations; ensure that all staffs comply with food, customer handling, work health, and safety requirements.
Design and implement end-to-end ordering process and monitor staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage staff schedules, leaves plan, request, and concern
Ensuring full compliance with safety, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness within the Restaurant environment (including equipment, food preparation and dining areas) to ensure all are thoroughly maintained
Implement and analyse reports on stock levels, including ordering, delivery/receiving activities, stock rotation, storage and stock take completion to ensure continuous availability of menu items and to limit food wastage, losses, or theft.
Oversee cash handling activities including till preparation, float management, service, balancing and banking.
Responsible for Restaurant accounting, audit, procurement, purchasing and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
At least 3 years’ experience in Restaurant/ F&B industry with 1 year in supervisory role
Basic knowledge of MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent Communications Skills both written and verbal
Ability to work in long hours
Must be based or willing to relocate in Sharjah
