Pre-Opening Restaurant Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for a Pre-Opening Restaurant Manager to joining us in F&B consultancy!

Our ideal candidate is someone who has strong standalone background and has experience in pre-opening, management, recruitment and training staff in FOH roles.

Responsibilities:

Supervise all restaurants operations

Supervise full pre-opening processes and post-opening audits

Work alongside senior consultants and owners on the success of the projects

Qualifications:

At least 5 years in hospitality field

Standalone experience is a must

2-3 years of UAE experience

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Excellent communication skills

Creative mindset

Driver license would be an advantage
