The requirements would be minimum of 2 years in hospitality (hotel, restaurant)

Literacy in Microsoft office, excellent command of English language (both spoken and written)

Any additional language will be a plus and use of the Seven rooms System.

Reservations Job Overview

-Support the running of the whole reservations department

-HIGHEST Standard of Customer Care

-All guests receive a positive and professional impression of INTI

-Clear communication among guests and ALL departments

-Consider and action within INTI standards all guests’ requests and special requests (birthday celebrations, anniversaries, birthday cakes, notes on the desserts, etc)

-Communicate ALL guests requests and special requests to the team

Key Objectives

-To improve the ratio between calls turned into actual bookings

-To maximize the use of tables across all days and services

-To make efficient bookings to maximize potential covers

-To maximize revenue per large booking through menu sale and minimum spend

-To ensure consistent reporting to senior management

-To have a positive, direct, and open relationship with all colleagues

Responsibilities

-Check System for VIPs, Set Menus or requirements of the day

-Provide accurate information regarding restaurant (parking, operating hours, etc)

-Provide accurate information regarding the Hotel itself and services (general information)

-Handle any incoming requests in a professional manner and direct them as necessary
