Our client: A well-respected conglomerate in the region.

Your Role: Managing a multi-geography role across 15+ countries, 3 business verticals and multiple stakeholders. The role requires oodles of experience in business partnering, driving cultural transformation. It also needs executive maturity to partner CEOs/ GMs and lead on the implementation and monitoring of the HR Strategy, own the business processes and provide advisory services – at strategic, operational and administrational levels. Partners with Business Units & Executive Committee members and business managers on all aspects of human resources management. Drive the overall people strategy, by designing and implementing people-oriented and organizational solutions

Must-Have: 15-18 years of quality HR generalist experience. Have managed multi-country roles previously. Track record in business partnering to managing senior leadership teams. Prior experience in managing manufacturing operations is essential. Fluency in one additional language other than English is needed...Arabic or French. The role is open to candidates based out of the UAE as well.
