Med7 Healthcare Group is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist with Healthcare Experience to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have prior experience managing front-desk operations in a medical or clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Handle appointment scheduling and maintain coordination with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff.
• Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and transfer calls to relevant departments efficiently.
• Support the patient registration process, ensuring that all records are accurately maintained.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations in alignment with clinic policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification (preferred).
• At least 2 years of receptionist or front-desk experience, ideally in a healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• A friendly personality with a patient-centered approach.
